Outreach was eating his week. Every email was written, sent and tracked by hand, so most people never heard back.

Each person on a simple Notion list gets a personalised email from his own Outlook, and their row flips to Contacted.

There was no way to tell who had opened an email or replied.

Email activity is tracked back on the same list, so it's obvious who's interested.

Leads went cold because following up depended on memory.

Anyone who doesn't answer gets a follow-up. It stops the moment they reply.
